  • What Is Ozone Gas ?

    Ozone gas is an unstable gas consisting of three oxygen atoms. Oxygen is a very high energy state of oxygen found in the two-atom atmosphere, so ozone gas is also called ENRICHED OXYGEN OR ACTIVE OXYGEN.

    The difference between oxygen and ozone molecules is the formation of ozone gas naturally in atmosphere. Sunlight breaks apart the oxygen molecules in atmosphere or in lightning formed within the rain clouds.

  • How Does Ozone Gas Affect?

    The third oxygen atom in ozone gas makes ozone gas highly reactive. This active oxygen atom reacts with odor-causing molecules to oxidize volatile organic compounds, or destroy microorganisms by breaking down the cell wall of microorganisms in the environment. This process is called oxidation. Ozone is a highly environmental disinfectant because ozone gas is transformed back into oxygen (O2) molecule after oxidation.

  • How Is Ozone Gas Produced?

    Although there are many academic studies and methods related to ozone gas production, it is possible to divide the methods of ozone gas production into 4 basic categories. These methods are Corona Discharge, Cold Plasma, electrolysis and UV methods.  In all the methods specified, O2 molecules are disintegrated and individual oxygen atoms are formed.     4) Having a lower initial investment cost of starting tubular system production than the plate system.
